Job description:
- Advance the mission and goals of the nonprofit alongside the Founder
- Create strategy to strengthen the financials of the nonprofit
- Develop annual plans and budgets in all areas
- Create and execute fundraising plans
- Provide leadership to constituent relations programs
- Ensure dynamic processes in all phases of donor qualifications
-Work closely with Founder in all phases of advancement and campaign leadership activities
